Mike: I've looked over what you have in the “Koha - Requirements and quick-start installation guide” and am pretty happy with it. What I could really use two things… One, could you dredge through the Wiki (and mail list if necessary) and take the other options [Mainly:

• installing Koha without root access as far as perl modules go,
• installing without virtual hosts]

and stick labeled notes in the directions from the quick start installer about what would be different [does that makes sense] where there would be some sort of difference in what to do.

Format doesn't matter, as I'll probably be cut/pasting a fair amount into the SGML DocBook format anyway. Also, I'll have been taking the mini-faq's questions and integrating them with the www.koha.org faq, prior to reformatting them as DocBook text – if you have any additions or want to answer any of the Q's without A's, that'd be great (not essential) … I'd appreciate it if, should you do that, you add a “just changed” note to anything I should fix [ie *NICK, GET THIS* next to new or altered text.]
