the problem with MARc management is to have correct datas in the marc-db AND in the old-db. It's quite easy to alter datas in the old-db when we modify the marc-db, it's highly harder to do the same from old-db to marc-db (in fact, i don't see a right method to do this…) that's why i propose we USE ONLY MARC MANAGEMENT to manage biblio data in 1.4

biblio/biblioitem/items management in koha : we have, with steve, decided 1 MARC-biblio means : 1 biblio / 1 biblioitem / X items (X between 0 and any). thus, we can imagine a management in 2 parts : biblio and items.

At 1st we add a biblio, the we add items for this biblio.
